Chocolate brownie cheesecake

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 180C
  2. In a medium saucepan, stir margarine & chocolate on a very low heat until smooth
  3. Take off heat & whisk in sugar & 4 No Egg ‘eggs’ until combined
  4. Add flour, baking powder & cocoa & whisk until smooth. Pour into a lightly greased medium baking tray lined with baking paper & set aside
  5. Place cream cheese, sugar & 2 No Egg ‘eggs’ into a food processor & blend until smooth
  6. Place spoonfuls of the cheesecake mix on top of the brownie mix. Using a butter knife, make swirls bringing up some of the brownie mix to the top through the cheesecake & vice versa. Bake for 50 mins
