Chocolate brownie cheesecake

Ingredients
BROWNIE
- 200g Sweet William Dark Chocolate Baking Buttons
- 250g Vegan margarine
- 1&3⁄4 cups brown sugar
- Orgran No Egg, equivalent of 4 eggs
- 11⁄3 cups plain flour, sifted
- 1⁄4 tsp baking powder, sifted
- 1⁄3 cup cocoa, sifted
CHEESECAKE
- 250g Tofutti Better Than Cream Cheese
- 1⁄3 cup caster sugar
- Orgran No Egg, equivalent of 2 eggs
Directions
- Preheat oven to 180C
- In a medium saucepan, stir margarine & chocolate on a very low heat until smooth
- Take off heat & whisk in sugar & 4 No Egg ‘eggs’ until combined
- Add flour, baking powder & cocoa & whisk until smooth. Pour into a lightly greased medium baking tray lined with baking paper & set aside
- Place cream cheese, sugar & 2 No Egg ‘eggs’ into a food processor & blend until smooth
- Place spoonfuls of the cheesecake mix on top of the brownie mix. Using a butter knife, make swirls bringing up some of the brownie mix to the top through the cheesecake & vice versa. Bake for 50 mins
