Serves 6-8



  1. Toast nuts under a low-heat grill for up to 10 mins or until slightly browned. Let cool then chop roughly
  2. Put honeycomb, white chocolate, mini marshmallows, desiccated coconut & the cooled nuts in a bowl & mix well
  3. Melt the dark chocolate & let it cool slightly so it doesn’t melt the white chocolate. Pour this into the rest of the mixture & combine thoroughly
  4. Line a medium baking tin or container with baking paper. Pour mixture in & even it out
  5. Refrigerate for 1 hr
