Rocky road
Serves 6-8
Ingredients
- 40g vegan Honeycomb, roughly chopped
- 50g vegan white chocolate, roughly chopped
- 1⁄2 cup macadamia nuts
- 1⁄2 cup hazelnuts
- 1 cup vegan marshmallows, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup desiccated coconut
- 235g Sweet William dark chocolate baking buttons, melted
Directions
- Toast nuts under a low-heat grill for up to 10 mins or until slightly browned. Let cool then chop roughly
- Put honeycomb, white chocolate, mini marshmallows, desiccated coconut & the cooled nuts in a bowl & mix well
- Melt the dark chocolate & let it cool slightly so it doesn’t melt the white chocolate. Pour this into the rest of the mixture & combine thoroughly
- Line a medium baking tin or container with baking paper. Pour mixture in & even it out
- Refrigerate for 1 hr
