Cooking Instructions - Ready to eat in 5 minutes
Step 1: Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan in medium to high heat
Step 2: Add in a 1 stalk of fresh lemongrass finely chopped to the pan and cook for 1 min
Step 3: Add Just Veggies Young Jack-fruit in Thai Green Curry Sauce, 60ml of coconut milk, mix well and cook for another 2 minutes
Step 4: Enjoy with rice
