Young Jackfruit in Sriracha Sauce.
The main ingredient, Young Jack-fruit is a species of tree in the Fig, Mulberry and Breadfruit family commonly available in South East Asia, some parts of Africa as well as South America.
When the fruit is young, it can be cooked in various sauces to replicate the taste and texture of meat. Young Jack-fruit is Vegan friendly, gluten-free, high in potassium and dietary fiber.
Young Jack-fruit in Sriracha sauce is a perfect blend of picked chilli, raw sugar, fresh garlic and paprika in a hot sauce.

Cooking Instructions - Ready to eat in 5 minutes
Step 1: Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan in medium to high heat
Step 2: Add Just Veggies Young Jack-fruit in Sriracha sauce to the pan and cook for 2 minutes.
Step 3: Mix in 1/5 teaspoon (1ml) of Seasame oil and immediately turn off the heat.
Step 4: To assemble, add lettuce, cooked young jack-fruit, onion, tomato, salt, pepper and make it into a wrap and enjoy.
