This is a delicious, spicy mock meat curry that you can simply heat, with a little water, and serve with steamed rice. Please note that rendang is quite a hot curry so if you find it too spicy you can make it milder by adding more vegetables and coconut milk or a can of chopped tomatoes.
250g. Ingredients: Mushroom, ginger, galangal, curry powder, lemon grass, candle nut, tumeric, potato, chilli, toasted grated coconut, salt, sugar, vegetable oil, natural seasoning.
Vegan. Does not contain onion, garlic, leeks, chives or shallots. Preservative free, vacuum packed.
