Flax "eggs" are the perfect natural vegan egg substitute, they're great in baking and mimic the binding properties of eggs.
To make a flax egg, mix one tablespoon of ground flaxseed meal with three tablespoons of water then let sit in your fridge for 15 minutes to thicken. Then use one flax egg for every egg your recipe calls for.
